Clients reviews about Sparkle Squad of East Cincinnati-Loveland-Mason

Amazing work from start to finish!! Highly recommend and look forward to using them again in the future. I submitted an inquiry online and quickly received a phone call to obtain more information. They were able to provide me a quote right over the phone! Pricing was reasonable and they made sure I was only paying for the services I was looking for. Emily and Jackson were very friendly and was readily available to answer my questions and address concerns after the cleaning. The crew was very respectful. They could even clean without me being home (so long that they have access the outside water source). They truly want you to have a good experience and love the outcome. Emily did not make me feel like a “Karen” by having them come back out to reclean a few windows. ~ Meredith H

We recently had the pleasure of using Sparkle Squad Window Cleaning, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the results! From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The team arrived right on time, equipped with all the necessary tools and a friendly attitude. They worked efficiently, paying attention to every detail, and left our windows sparkling clean! What impressed me most was their commitment to customer satisfaction. The prices were very reasonable for such high-quality service, making it a fantastic value. I highly recommend Sparkle Squad to anyone looking for professional, reliable, and thorough window cleaning! ~ Megan G

Amazing attention to detail- highly recommend!! The Sparkle Squad team came and soft washed our siding today. They came promptly during the expected arrival window, messaged me when they were on their way, and took their time to make sure that every nook and cranny was spotless. We had quite a bit of stubborn dirt/gross-ness on one side of our house and it is night and day how clean it is now. The whole process was so easy and the team was so responsive. Will absolutely use Sparkle Squad in the future. (The kids enjoyed watching the big brushes as they worked!) ~ Brooke C

We had our outside windows cleaned for the first time since we moved in our newly built home and Sparkle Squad did a great job. We have a 4 large windows in the back of our home that is difficult to see the cleaning results until the sun shines through so there was a few misses but we contacted Emily and she immediately responded and Matthew came out that evening. Everyone super responsive, respectful of our property (removing plants, rugs, locking the gate etc). Price was on par with other companies. Will use them again. ~ Tammy p

Sparkle Squad absolutely blew me away! They came out to clean my windows, and I honestly didn’t expect them to be THIS good. My windows are CRYSTAL clear—it’s like they’re not even there! My daughter even asked why they were so shiny when she came home from school 🤣 The team was super friendly, professional, and incredibly fast without sacrificing quality. It’s rare to find a company that’s both efficient and detail-oriented, but they nailed it. If you’re on the fence about hiring them, just do it! You won’t regret it. 10/10 would recommend! ~ Anthony T

The Sparkle team washed all our windows inside and out on the house, the barn and pool house. Some windows are two stories tall and they got every inch clean. I also hired them to clean the face of our gutters. The windows and gutters look fantastic. They even cleaned the inside of the window treads where all the lady bugs hide and leave a mess. I am so happy with my clean windows and I will call them again when I want my windows to Sparkle. ~ LeAnne C

Absolutely outstanding service! The team was professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. Our windows have never looked better — they sparkle like new! They took great care with both the interior and exterior, including hard-to-reach spots, and left everything spotless. Communication was clear and easy from scheduling to completion. Highly recommend this window cleaning service — we’ll definitely be using them again! ~ Jennifer

The two technicians (sorry I can't remember names?) were very professional and did an excellent job. They explained the process and handled each window with care. They cleaned every window and glass door until I was completely satisfied. The 2 gentlemen did an excellent job on cleaning all the windows, screens, ledges, and doors. Very professional. I work from home and they were accommodating in working around meetings I had. Well done. The only issue I had was I received multiple requests for 2 days to do reviews. Kinda tough when you are still working! ~ Don W

Unlike some window washing companies that just spray your windows, Sparkle Squad uses a long brush to clean them and then rinses the windows. They look great! The young man that came out was very respectful of my landscaping and with the removal of my screens. I'll definitely use them again! ~ Kathleen N

Jaxon did a great job with our windows! He was neat (even on a very rainy, muddy day) and treated my home with respect. No dings on the wall with ladders, no mud on the floor or carpets and very polite. The windows have never looked so good! I will be using Sparkle Squad again! ~ TAMMY M
